Graduating from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, Paul Rodriguez has over 20 years in the architecture and construction field. With specialties in housing in the areas of custom single family, market rate and affordable multi-family & senior housing, and adaptive reuse residential conversions, Paul has been responsible for over 5000 residential units and homes. From the small shop to shopping malls to speculative office space, Paul has worked over 750,000 s.f. commercial space. Paul enjoys vacillating between the architecture and construction arena. With a licenses in architecture in California, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and a General Contractors licensed in California, Paul has gained experience in numerous geographies and projects to offer his expertise in the field to bring a synthesized solution to each project.
